      Annie, Have you contacted the consultant you ordered the cartridge from? They should have sent you a "Cheat sheet" that I send to all of my customers. It helps alot!
      The new Artiste cartridge is really well explained and has detailed instructions on assembly. Contact me via email
      if you have any further issues.
